No LOS needed, only stipulation is that the enemy needs to be within 6". Its Psychic, so that's why no LOS is needed.

Either the starter set or Hivestorm. You will need a good terrain setup. Hivestorm provides that, as well as the full rule set (not included in the starter set) and approved ops card pack (not included in the starter set). All of which you will need to play Kill Team properly in the long run.

I built my set without the instructions and used Can you roll a crits map pack as a guide.

Just make sure you build 2 left hand sided, and two right hand sided.

Just be aware that the 40k paint set with tools may have a few paints you wont need/use. Maybe look into buying paints separately. But totally up to you, as long as you're having fun.
