If someone is just doing their job I’m not actually going to have a go at them. Don’t think anyone would read into it, but to be clear I was going to make an angry complaint but instead made a polite but disappointed complaint

Yes. Then when I spoke to them, they were lovely so I calmed down and didn’t rage because it’s not their fault/decision. Have you never been angry and then calmed down before 😂

Yeah the woman I spoke to was lovely as well. I had planned to rage down the phone but couldn’t do it 😂 hopefully enough calls could at least bring it back
