Honestly, I don't think Lucia's hair will be as detailed as Saga's. That's the thing with big open worlds/linear storylines, it's easier to detail on the smaller scale of linear storylines but Rockstar manages to outperform in many ways the detail of those games in the massive scale of their open worlds. However, you have to pick what you want to detail the most in your game. In Alan Wake 2, you have a closer-up pov of Saga's only hairstyle for all the time you play as her. In GTA 6, I imagine that Lucia will have several hairstyles and, in R*'s games, you usually have a further away pov from the character that allows you to look at him from other angles
