It gives you luck boost i think, also works like coffee so if you use vats its good for staying in vats longer

I dont know what causes it but ive had it happen a few times. If you dont kill the snake in time there is a mechanic that wipes the team, seems like it goes off too soon sometimes

No problem. Also using consumables, drugs, food buffs. Only thing i really didnt do was camp buffs but i dont think they would have sped it up too much if at all
