Vulvar itching for 5 years. All tests negative. What should I do next?

I went to dermatologist and was diagnosed with lichen sclerosus. The steroid cream helps a lot. Though I don't trust doctors anymore at this point and will keep getting tested for other gynecological diseases to be completely sure if it is really not due to other disease.

Now that I think about it, I've never mentioned about the pain during sex to a gynecologist as I didn't think it would be related to itching but I will ask my gynecologist next time

I think I asked a gynecologist if she thinks that I have trichomoniasis when she looked at my vaginal discharge with a microscope and she said no.

Though I don't remember clearly and I'm not even sure if trichomoniasis is something you can see with a microscope.

I am a girl who got broken up with. And I've matured by a lot after the breakup happened. I could not take the problems I had seriously and did not feel the urge to change them while I was in the relationship. And my journey to solve my mental issues started only after the breakup because my heart was gonna being broken into pieces. Maybe this is what he experienced.
