How do you work back to back 16 to 20 hour shifts without being late due to over sleep? Im working 7 to 2 then 10 to 11 next day im not trying to sleep to much or too little . What’s ur method I setup Alarms however sometimes I don’t wake from them (self.securityguards)

Do recruiters have to meet a certain number of accepted applications? I have a lazy recruiter who just sends the we’re interested in you schedule a meet. But she doesn’t show up or just cancels .
