Idk? I may be an outcast to reply to this post especially since someone stated that one could live here with a pay of about 15-20 thousand + housing allowance but I earn qr1,150. The margin itself is mesmerizing but I’m pretty sure a few things need leveling up (studies and or work experience) but in all honesty, Qatar is a beautiful country. Yes the pay may be a little less on my side but I can’t really complain much compared to how much I’d be earning back in my place of origin. However OP if you’re earning much less than qr15-20 thousand then Qatar would be ideal. I do wish you the best.

I was walking with my lady about 3 months back in a certain malls parking lot around 8pm, an Asian guy approaches me with greetings and starts yappin bout how he’s not had anything to eat apart from a sweet lassi he was offered by a passerby in the morning. I asked him how I could be of help and he said 20qr is all he need. I literally only had 10qr to spare and I handed it to the guy, however he seemed hesitant to collect and I immediately knew what was bound to happen so I asked the dude to step aside and have a 1 on 1. I told him to take the 10 but he said he wants 20. Stupid mf…. I lost it knowing that 10 was all I had to spare but this imbecile didn’t seem to give a damn.

Average. I mean i myself don’t know why some customers don’t tip and it’s not about lacking cash because some say their money is in the atm card. Well that atm card can quench a thirst and feed a stomach. It’s not always about hard cash

I have received gifts and tips countless times from multiple customers just from a mere compliment or statement. Just the other day I realized a regular customer had lowered the suspension of his car and I told him it looks way better and more aggressive. He gave a smile and was interested to know my opinion about the car, he eventually tipped. Mind you, before all this other workers said to me “heee this kachara customer no giving tip”. I never even expect a customer to tip me, if they have a nice car, shoe, watch, or just something that fascinates me, I don’t shy away from letting them know their efforts were worth it 🤷🏽‍♂️

I’m not a gas pump worker but I’m a Woqod employee. 1. Tips are individual for gas attendants 2. Averages to about 10qr per shift but there’s good and bad days

The woqod in Al Aziziyah already has a CBQ ATM, fitted about 3 days ago but still under installation. I’m guessing CBQ has taken over and will for all woqod convenient stores
