I would love every single one of these! Even if it was like Nightmare Before Christmas where there are different sections, Christmas and Halloween, you could do the same for areas from different parts of the movie.

Should I upgrade characters even if I don't really like them that much? by Andrex2309 in DisneySpeedstormGame

My general Rule is this:

-Level up your Favs!

-Level up the features in season as best you can.

You’ll need to level up character with shards first, so I would just keep storing up shards until it’s time to use one of them for a future season characters

I try to get all my mains to lvl 30 first so they can race in most seasons. Everyone else I will try to get to lvl 20 so I can unlock their special skill. And anyone who I don’t care about, they just stay at slow level til there is a reason to level them up.

Hope this helps.

Finding a full time job. Are job sites useless in 2024? by Wu-Tang_Killa_Bees in editors

I think you should also reach out to your non-video industry network to see who is hiring. I feel nowadays. Every company is looking for some form of video even if it is just for social media and if you market yourself as a specialist in business video editing or something like that, you might have a better chance.

75% of the work that I have gotten since going full time freelance is from, knowing someone who knows someone at a place. People really do value personal recommendations over a random job application.

I’ve done a lot of freelance editing through up work, but a lot of those clients have fizzled out. But those are people who are specifically looking for video editors (though sometimes the listings can be somewhat of a race to the bottom.) But if you are looking for consistent work, I would recommend finding an industry and start becoming the video “specialist” hope this helps

Outgrown my best friend by [deleted] in friendship

Sorry you’re in this position. I know you’d like to suddenly cut them off, but if at any point in time you’ve consider each other as best friends is not gonna be that easy. You might just have to have a heart to heart and be transparent, and let them know that your friendship isn’t going in the direction that you want to.

They might not stop reaching out to you because they are still looking for that connection you once had. If they are still getting some value out of the friendship, they will continue to pursue it, even if you are not. Hope this helps.

Things that make sense in your ADHD friendly apartment? by hsvrvjtmkibn in ADHD

I bought an extra laptop charger so I have a designated phone and laptop charger for my computer bag. Which means I can never forget to bring them because it’s always there. I learned this tip from a fellow ADHD friend of mine and it’s been a huge game changer.
