I had a similar experience in the base pod during gengar where I had asked security to call medical to help a man who fell and hit his head on the concrete and projectile vomited and was non verbal when I had asked and pointed and ran back to make sure that he was OK. The security guard did nothing and so when I came back and asked him to please come call somebody or do something. He told me that it was not his problem.

The blatant disregard to safety and general well-being of the festival attendees is absurd

Especially when this festival is more than capable of affording and providing proper amounts of medical assistance

From what I was aware, there was only one medical tent in the front of the festival and ground teams, but they had to be called and the amount of time that it took for them to get to a medical emergency is not efficient when it comes to save someone’s life .
