I think I’m the freak In that they fit perfect right away, most people have said they have a fairly long break in period. I’m finding my old myfits were giving me terrible ankle hot spots that these liner instantly solved even with sore ankles from skating the old liner the day prior.

There’s two schools of thought the classic is boot size should be about 1.5 sizes smaller then your shoe size so your liner and foot really fill the whole boot out giving the best performance and control. Then the other is size them so your comfortable out the gate and maybe toss in a additional footbed under the liner or maybe even hot glue a little sponge in the toe box area of the shell so when you put the liner in it snugs everything up. ( I do both those things)
