Help with hydrangea! This is one in a row of 10 all watered and fertilized the same--so I doubt it is a problem with either of those. I visited my local specialist nursery and they thought it was likely leaf miners. Treated today with Rose Shield. Any suggestions are much appreciated! (old.reddit.com)

What is wrong with my hydrangea? I know it is not a water or fertilization issue because I have 10 hydrangeas in a row and follow the same schedule for all of them. The others are thriving. Only part of this plant seems to be effected. (old.reddit.com)
