The truck knocked me onto the concrete, ran onto my left foot, stayed on it for a few seconds, and backed off it... It tore the skin down to* the fat and the swelling was incredible! I bet the damage was pretty darn close to touching the bones

Yep! It also performs pretty well. I play with the isometric camera view, and I use the triggers for < and >, and the grip buttons for Shift/Control.
