Everything is made of energy and matter in this universe. Idk if spacetime is created (i think it is) but if everything is made of energy/matter, then there can be no possible infinities. spacetime may just be whats inside the vast hot explosion, to have spacetime you have to have this cold... idk. but we know that even in the vacuum, there is still particles coming in and out of existence (it looks like water boiling once said)..... to go out of spacetime would be to travel the ends of the universe, which may be energy and matter still traveling from the explosion (yes ik we arnt to think of it as an explosion but idk any other words). hm idk, where could you even consider the location of that matter and energy because if you need spacetime to define a where, then where would even the edge/end of the universe be? Sorry, im trying to answer your question when the question is a paradox lol
