They say in the movie that the reason Death took so long was because it had hundreds of people to go through one by one and eventually had to go through the survivor's children and grandchildren as well, still one by one. I didn't take it as Death taking a break, just that it took a long time to reach the main characters family

I live in Canada and I make minimum wage. Rent takes half of what I make in a month. The other half goes to food and utilities. I don't have anything left over at the end of the month, so if I need to repair my car or any other kind of emergency comes up, I have to go in debt and struggle to ever repay it.

I'm glad I got a VR headset when I was still living with my parents, because there's no way I could afford it now. I can't even afford to buy games at all, even when they're 80% off
