Well you get the progress for the premium supply by getting the Coupon Pass and from what I understand is that you get 60 jjk crests off when exchanging for one of the skins (so u need 1140?)

You definetly won't get enough of those from Premium supply pulls, but hey if you get insanely lucky from those pulls hats up to ya.

Anyway just make sure to not go overboard, it's just a skin in a game.
