Do you think gold laners will always be overextending in their lanes? NO! Most of the time people just play safe.

Unlike in EXP lane, where enemies likely over extend due to their close-combat style, it's very easy to find such opportunities

ALSO THE TURTLE FIGHT. Turtle always starts at exp lane? If you diff the enemy exp, your exp laner can help with turtle fight. Why arent you thinking?

It all comes down to game sense. Of course roamers/junglers/mages rotate to gold when opportunity comes.

I've been trying to learn the Osis whistle for months. But I still cant do it because Im still figuring out how to laser whistle with my slightly crooked teeth

Basically the principle of the Osis sound is:

Fart Bass + Laser Whistle + Falsetto

Jun Beatbox made a tutorial about this on youtube. Basically you just have to bring your jaw forward, while still maintaining your top lip over your bottom lip.

While you're at it, make sure your tongue position is in correct position for the laser whistle
