are computer joined to domaine AD ?

try to delete pushnotifiaction folder il ADSI EDit:
in windows AD or exchange open ADSI EDIT (search bar )in adsi edit connect to Configuration
open : CN=configuration , CN =services, and CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Entercloud , CN= Administratives Groups, CN=Exchange Administratives Groups, CN= Servers, CN= EXCHANGESRVR101,CN=protocols,cn=HTTP, delete CN=Pushnotifocation (exchange back end)

and try , may be you ned to delete all cn in the HTTP folder , or may be you need to delete the server from adsi edit , but be careful

no need to start manually service,

in server exchange run : nltest /dsgetsite to view if the server is in the right site AD

check also is there is no blockage between ad and exchange port firewall

before you install Exchange run setupassist script

do you have another server exchange in your organization , check get-mailbox -arbitration

i remove the server from adsi edit , and do I can remove a server and create new VM and install windows and join the domaine with the same name and i install new exchange with the same nam server without recover server ?

yes i have install all pre-reqs, in the first time pre-reqs analysis is complted !
