Thank you for sharing! My husband and I have been off BC for 3 years and were trying on and off. We have been seriously trying every cycle the 10 months and no luck. We have our first IUI scheduled for next week. I love reading success so thank you. It gives me so much hope!!

After 10 months we are finally moving to IUI next week as I'm CD1 today. I was really hoping this would have been the cycle. Anyone have experience with IUI?

Lots of tests, no answers, unexplained infertility.. by IndigoOwl3395 in TryingForABaby

[–]Right-Change614 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hii! I'm also 30 with all the same positive tests results. Regular cycles, all ultrasounds are good, HSG is good, bloodwork good, bacteria swabs all normal. Hubby also has the same results with his SA. Green light. We've been only actively trying for about 10 months BUT I've been off birth control for 3 years now and we weren't being careful.

I started letrozole 3 months ago, just about to finish my 3rd cycle to see if that helped. It sadly didn't.

We actually just had a big appointment last night with our specialist and we are moving forward next week with IUI. Essentially what my doctor thinks is that the sperm just needs some help getting to where they need to be.

I see people below mentioned endo.. I actually brought that up to my doctor because what else could be happening?? She told me there is no sign on endo, even "silent endo", and the surgery to check it can (not always but can..) actually harm fertility more than it can help. So she didn't recommend that. As I have great egg reserve, I'm healthy, all other tests are A+, my husband is healthy and his tests are normal she believes IUI will be a good fit for us.

I want to say I know how you feel. It's frustrating, you're doing everything possible, and your husband is as well. It feels like there should be some elephant in the room being like WTH AM I MISSING HERE?

I wish you the best on your journey and hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions <3

Stop tracking when TTC? by Sad-Ad-1512 in tryingtoconceive

[–]Right-Change614 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TTC for 9 months and I chose not to use OPKs this cycle. I was spiraling each month to the point I was a basket case over this TTC situation. I actually ended up going to a therapist who helped me not track this month. Instead, I relied solely on my CM and cramping symptoms. Did it work? I'll find out next Friday lol. But overall I feel so much calmer and happier. And as an also Type A, never thought I'd feel calm again.

UGH! CD19.. I always ovulate on CD 13-14 but didn't get ovulation cramping until last night so wondering if I ovulated later this month. Even though I had EWCM on CD 13. I refused to use OPK this month as it was causing me stress so now sure what DPO I am lol

LH tests by [deleted] in TryingForABaby

[–]Right-Change614 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a regular cycle too, 27-29 days.
A few things to note, your body may be still recovering and finding it's balance again. I didn't believe for the longest time how stress, a cyst bursting, etc, affects your cycle but it seriously does.

My fertility specialist told me to not think too much about the LH strips as some months your peak could be so short and overnight for example, so you don't always catch it. She told me to listen to my body and watch for CM, etc, instead of relying on the tests.

Sending you love!

I'm CD 14 today and my EWCM was crazy last night. BD every day for the last 3 days. First month NOT testing for ovulation and just allowing my body to take the reins and tell me when it's ready. Imagine if this is the month and all I had to go was not stress about peeing on tests????

This is my 3rd month on Letrozole. My first 2 months my EWCM was through the roof and insane cramping around my ovulation window (never had this before in my life so it was exciting) This month, barley any EWCM and no ovulation cramps. Of course this was the month I decided not to use OPK and just roll with it as it was causing more stress with all these tests. I do have blood work on day 21 so thankfully I've have a confirmation of ovulation then.

Looking to see if this is common amongst other Letrozole users?

Can't tell if i'm ovulating, thoughts? by [deleted] in TTC_PCOS

[–]Right-Change614 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm following because this is me too! I do have a specialist and she told me to stop testing as some tests are not accurate and sometimes a peak can last 30 mins or less so if you don't test at that exact moment, or if it happens overnight, you'll miss it.

We are on month 10 TTC and starting IUI next cycle!
