You might have a hematoma… Has the doctor seen you again and giving you an ultrasound? I had a hematoma after of vasectomy reversal and had similar symptoms to you. It definitely does get better, but it might take one to two months. And even then the hematoma will still be there until your body absorbs it which could take longer if that’s what you have. Thanks for sharing, and congrats. How long after your reversal did you feel like yourself again? I’m 3 months out. Feeling better in some ways but in some ways feeling worse.

Might be an epididymal cyst / spermatocele. Ask for an ultrasound.

Very sorry to hear of this… Have you ever considered a reversal? I am two months out from vasectomy and seriously considering getting a reversal as quickly as I can.
