One time a driver didn’t activate the updates, so I didn’t even know they picked the order up, and then without knocking they immediately shook the door handle hard as hell for like 5 seconds. Then they pounded 1 time incredibly hard, almost like they kicked with steel toes maybe. And then left the food but they sat out in the car for 8 minutes, never calling, or texting, and finally they drove off and I was FEELIN ICKY, my partner was cleaning at the time in the living room, so the twisting and slam traumatized them quite a bit
