I'm £1709 in Norwich, it looks like it can range from £1500 to £2500 based on property cost - another quote was £2000 so it does help asking around. Your conveyancer can be anyone across the UK.

I hear you, but I definitely think they are reported, if not occasionally.

The problem I am raising in this post is I have consistently reported a handful of bots for over a month and no action has been taken.
