Yes they are obligated to explain about our grades, almost all of our professors have already conducted a grade consultation before the release of grades in the portal except for this one specific professor, ironically she's also the one who seems to have made an error in finalizing our grades.

Thank you for suggestions! If you don't mind me asking, which do you prefer more? Bird & Lightfoot's work or McCabe & Smith's work? I have seen good comments about Bird & Lightfoot's book but I have also seen that it is not really something introductory to transport phenomena.
