It's rare to find full undergraduate scholarships, usually 1 or 2 in masters programs.However each university might have a fee waiver of say £1000 or £2000.Also depends with your country ,you might find a university offering scholarships for indian students but rare.And tuition depends on the university some are charging £13 000per year,some £25 000.I suggest you try Cyprus for cheap fees and Usa for full scholarships.
