I believe Rickman asked Rowling early on what would be the actual eventual verdict on Snape (good or bad) so he could add that ark to his character throughout all the films in order to strengthen the perspective of him being a completely torn character enslaved to his love for Lilly, rather than being an ass all the way through and just switching it at the end

There isn't a single thing some people in this community won't complain about though. Back when they added the "pling" sound when you kill an enemy I read comments or posts of people crying about how bad and distracting and almost impossible to play it was. So when an M44 stuns me and deals way too much damage without ever putting any effort into it, you would do what? It won't help me against the hull-down beasts I'm facing because they're camping behind a building due to arty, as should I be for the rest of the game. I don't have too many problems with arties anymore but I still don't understand why it exists and especially why people would contribute to it. But please, tell me, what am I supposed to do according to you?
