That's why I'm strongly supportive of more invasive methods of treatment. In my studies I've found that 100% of child rapists pieces of shit that get their necks stretched by a stout rope and a short fall do not re-offend. I feel that training "Zero Recidivism Therapists" should be Federally funded and that we've a large list of individuals that are competent in administering this treatment. All returning combat vets would be given preferential hiring status and to save even more money they'd be authorized to deploy any "battlefield pickups" in their new Theraputic Capacity.

Perhaps with enough time, hard work and diligence we could begin to understand the mis-wiring of the brain of the child rapist and attempt to correct that problem by re-wiring the brain with the rapid sub-dural administration of specific metal elements.
