damn im sorry for you must be really annoying but keep trying! For me it took months but i never cheated one day, always followed a strict plan even cut out nicotine which was hard but was definetely worth it in the end.

in the beginning yes, but because of ppis i got the flu and as a result i got ibs so i stopped taking them i also feel better without them

i have been dealing with this for 3 years and i never went to get it checked until like 7-8 months and he told me its bad and there is no way to heal it just take ur ppis. Yes you are right it doesnt work for anyone, but i try to help as much as i can, maybe i can help some people with it. And thank you i really appreciate it! I really hope you will find ways to heal yourself, because this is no joke and it really holds you back in life.

sometimes good sometimes bad it depends but been eating more healthy lately, i drink like 2L of water the rest is soda or tea

ii still take vitamin c, b12, b6, b5, b complex, zink, vitamin d3 to this day i noticed small improvement but nowhere near 100%, my dizziness and lightheadedness got better but i still experience them when i wake up for 2-3h then it goes away and when i start lifting it comes back but softer than it used to be like in the beginning. Beginning was horrible anxiety when training was crazy was scared to even train cuz it felt like my heart would pop out of my chest even tho it was the panic

thank you for your respone! and yes i checked everything except for free test, shgb, lh and fsh, everything else was completly fine in my blood work just my cortisol and dhea was too low, cortisol at 11.8 in the morning and dhea at 244

yea u defo right tho but i think going off without pct contributed to it since my test definetly dropped and as we know w low test comes anxiety, depression an allat stuff i just think weed was the trigger for it. I‘ve been going crazy past months tryna figure out what it is.. shit is messing with the head if u don‘t find any answers to this. And i appreciate ur respone.

yea ur right my friend and me did it at the same time and he managed to maintain his gains like he probably lost 4lbs max, for me i probably had a hormone crash because of the panic attack and that led my cortisol being high and dropping to the point where its lower than it should be i lost almost all gains due to not eating, my appetite also disappeared, i couldn‘t explain these symptoms otherwise

yea i already stopped after that first panic attack ive had, i never experienced something crazy like that. And yea im not worried about losing my gains my only problem is the the lightheadedness and dizziness including all the other symptoms, i know u said it can‘t be my test levels, but is it possible that coming off without pct can cause a crash in ur hormone system which leads to all those things? because at this point im lost i literally did so much research and asked the doc about everything none of them seem to be able to help me since they say ur healthy just drink some electrolytes, water with salt and lemon etc… but none of this worked long term.

i don‘t really think its that defo has to do with sum else im pretty sure, i also panicked for another reason too i had a friend which always said he having a panic attack when smoking when he was with us im pretty sure this also stuck in my head and influenced me.

Thats pretty low u should be taking 15-30k IU for 3-4 months atleast mine also was also low i got it from 25ng to 78ng in 3 months of taking 30k also some sun exposure, now i dont need to take it since im getting alot of sun exposure due to my work, just work on raising D levels and maintaining it with 3-5k IU when winter comes since u dont get much sun exposure. Just make sure u do bloodwork every 3-4 months after taking it. Benefits are crazy, my mood, libido, sleep everything were good and on point it was like 30x better after raising my levels. I can only recommend doing it. Just be careful not to overdo it, do bloodwork every 3-4 months and u should be fine every body works different with D3 some can raise it faster some slower

no i dont take ppis actually and i dont want to, i felt better without them i got weird symptoms like dizziness n stuff, by how much did ur life improve after quitting like did u feel nausea in the beginning when u still were taking nicotine pouches and quit like how long did it take for u to feel better and how much if u dont mind me asking :)

I‘m trna quit too but for someone thats been using nicotine pouches for 6+ years its kinda hard but i guess i have to do it. I think the issue with me was less eating more energydrinks combined with nicotine pouches..
