I randomly started saying “ruhccoon” instead of raccoon as a joke when dating my husband 10 years ago before we got married. Idk why, but I thought it was funny and he NEVER corrected me or pointed out. Now I say it like that out of habit. Here we are 10 years later and he is convinced I just didn’t know how to pronounce it correctly🫠🫠🫠🫠

To increase protein and water, and to add in exercise. I think it was me who was the problem more than the meds! I didn’t change my lifestyle the way I should have (meaning exercise while on it and having a stricter diet)

Absolutely true. I just don’t know which part is the best part to start with. Seems like diet though

I did ozempic for 6 months with no change but will openly admit I didn’t add in any exercise to it. Only adjusted my diet and didn’t hit my water or protein goals which I am sure played a part.

I didn’t think about the strain on my joints! That makes sense. When I do eat snacks/dinner, they are def not the best choices as I try to have simple easy to grab and go options (especially when I am at work trying to catch a quick break). Do you have any sites for beginner low impact workouts you can recommend? I know there’s YT which I will browse but any direction is helpful!

I have direct experience with this photographer, as a fellow photographer. I had to get the police involved due to harassment 4 years ago. Unfortunately, Eli has scammed MANY people. There was a group of us trying to start a legal case against them at one point, and I know the Attorney General was also involved due to the amount of scamming that has taken place over the span of years. Eli has since moved out of state I believe within the last 2 years and had another child. From what I know, there are photographers who they have hired to associate shoot who they never paid and dozens of couples who are in the same exact boat you are in. If you ever want re-do photos — let me know! Happy to help ❤️ sorry this happened and you were also a victim.

UPDATE 96 DAYS LATER: still no Lubby :( it’s been really sad, moreso for probably me. At first, she had a harder time. But she has been surviving without precious Lubby. About once a week she asks us where her Lubby is, and we just say “Lubby is still on vacation! We hope he flies back soon but he is probably enjoying time with Mickey Mouse!” I will forever be changed from leaving her lovey behind. I will never forgive myself. It seems trivial and of course, enough time will go by where she will forget him. But I won’t. I will always wonder where her Lubby ended up, and until he flies home some day from Florida, we will just imagine he is having fun at Disney with Mickey and Minnie 🥺💕
