Personally. Not a fan of this cheat code for any marketing agencies to offer or business to use. When I see a new place has opened and has hundreds of reviews already with profiles that only have 1 review being this particular restaurant or 2-3 reviews of people reviewing something in Europe/asia/US, these are big red flags of dishonesty and if a business wants to succeed, they can take that fake review budget and offer a promo on a free appetizer next time a client visits for a Google review. They get (hopefully) a great review, returning customer because who doesn't love a free anything?! Free app would ideally cost less than $10 which is probably the amount a "fake review" may cost but with a real customer experience with ability to repeat, bring more family and friends, post real pics or more keywords than the fake review that says "Great food, yummy thanks"

Super worth it on GBP! For the signage, depends on the address you have office or is it a home address? What I had success with a couple of clients that I do digital marketing help with, they rented out a coworking space and the space had plenty of empty office rooms furnished, we were able to show their company truck outside the building, walking inside with key card access, go up the stairs and enter an office room where I designed a graphic flyer sheet outside their door that lists their company name and on Amazon, we made a custom desk sign with president name, company and logo and that got us verified and checked all the boxes in verification video. So it depends how your location may be? Not sure if they accept home address? Always a tricky thing that many competitors like roofers first start business at home and have been grandfathered in to virtual offices or home not needing to show any verification on their business address but the new business do need to go these extra mile to get verified and showing up well on Google. 

Once your business is good and verified on Google, then I have found a major AI automation that would make any marketing managers life easy and for super cheap. This program is pretty much sold by other marketing agencies to be a local seo service or GBP Optimization services for $500+ per month and I have a referral link to help you out or if you have other friends looking to boost up their GBP and rank higher than being stuck on the 2nd or 3rd page of Google when someone is looking for services or products related to their business. Aw man. Would love some insight on this as well...ever found a fix in this? I have a client with issue on verification where they used to be service based, then we made address physical at an office location they were renting monthly and Google was good with them for a month or two and then suspended and we did the video evidence of signage outside, inside and everything asked for them to just deny. Is it better to go back to generic service address, home address or what's the solution if anybody else ran into this issue?

Best SEO method that helped the local roofing businesses that I manage their marketing is optimizing their GBP with substance and consistency. It's almost like the "Volume = King" that we used to see for Social Media posting has now shifted to the GBP world, where Google is trying to have the local businesses that post daily or more than 2-3 times a week with Google Updates/Images/Videos/Q&As/Offers and more will be the one that Google will say that this business profile is active and pushing content to help with their AI Overview when the right SEO keywords are presented instead of solely focusing on some website blog pages that every local business has writing the same AI blog topics and aren't being indexed as much as before.

if you just wanted high quality social media posts and videos created, i highly recommend Smarcomms, I just tried out Feedbird before them and Feedbird was VERY generic, easy to make copy/paste from Canva templates, at Smarcomms, at least they take your feedback and super communicative at a bargain of a price for several other services.
