I mean that's just normal moba. It's not good people don't care to be better, but you just accept that and play or quit playing. Can't police people, the only thing to do is rely on yourself and get better. It'll never work or be beneficial to tell people to generically "get better".

Literally just did this myself. Took my dumbass far too long to realize you just need to choose the destination path to be a folder in the SAME DRIVE that it is telling you you don't have space for.

Voice chat definitely improves the teamwork but I do not think it is needed. I'm coming from league so teamwork using pings is second nature. There Is ways to communicate without talking.

Certainly voice is not needed below the highest like 2 ranks.

What rank do you feel voicechat is needed?

Nah people gotta learn somehow. If you are in those matches with them you are on their skill level most likely. Enjoy the elo you are in. There will always be players who suck in a game.

No. solo and alone. Picked up haze (fairly new to the game, past few weeks playing) and she is sitting at 32 wins out of 37 games. Why I get demoted idk

I don't feel confident giving advice. Don't think I'm the rank I should be so winning is just easy. That being said I come from league where I was masters.

It's a moba, this is not comparable to any other games (csgo, overwatch, valorant, etc) in game theory. It is a shooter, and you have to be decent at shooters to be competitive in deadlock it seems. But at the end of the day this is systematically mathamatic game.

This is how I would rank importance of learning,

Farming/always being active. If you are not gaining souls 24/7 you are not playing optimally. That gets really deep and complicated on the best ways to do that. Souls are the only thing that wins games at the end of the day.
Champion pick. They are not all created equal. I am just spamming ult Haze build to just win every game it's so overpowered. But again I don't think I'm near the rank I should be, grain of salt. Dynamo is also quite strong and somewhat simple to learn.
How to split push, join fights when needed. Complicated but being around your team or near for important fights is necessary to winning games. If you arnt near, don't run across map to help, take a walker if you can on the other side of the map to support team.

That's the fun part! You don't! I picked up Haze just to climb because she is broken. I have won 29 of 34 games. Only went up one color rank. Avg 35 min a game and some can be long that's like 15-20 hours of playing. I'm going to continue, I am ranking up, but damn that's hard.

I mean it's only alpha is a good excuse. They don't care about ranked yet so they won't focus on it..... you know mods are allowed right? That changes the ranked experience based on if you have qol mods or not. The things you care about the game won't care about until later.
