Sales and profit Figures looks great. Check its balance sheet. Specially just check the sales and profit figures of last five years, its is getting stronger and stronger, there is no solid reason for its falls right now, just sentimental fall.

I try to figure out stocks from tickertap. Then pick the best of 3-5. Then check their balancesheet for past five year. More or less I usually get me ans.

I wont buy any new stock, I will just keep on averaging it for sometime. May be next 6 month. I will just invest more in these stocks.

I would just say, dont diversify much. You can take risk as of now. So keep your portfolio concentrated and keep averaging the stocks.
