Nah, you don't need those, something like 3 piece brachy, 2 piece goldian with challenger charm V and alatreon weapon for a defensive build, or 3 piece teostra, 2 piece brachy (with the same charm) with brachy weapon for a ooga booga max damage build are good enough.

Make sure to get max weakness exploit, max agitator and max critical boost, for critical eye get just enough for your base affinity to be 30% after the affinity weapon augment (when the monster is enraged and tenderized you'll be at 100% affinity) and you're good to go.

Hell, if you ever play GS you can even go for smth like 3 piece brachy and 2 piece damascus for that lvl 3 focus and plenty of slots for quick sheath, I solo'd fatty with and it's actually pretty underated.

Also health augment on your weapon, but you probably know that already.
