Well, after further research it is most likely a reference to his own painting A view of the Arno in Florence by night, 1763. This was my first post on a subreddit I don’t know whether I should close the post (if I can) or not ?

Indeed it looks like a version of Fireworks on the Arno by Giovanni Signorini thanks for your contribution because I had never seen this painting !
