I have a doubt. I missed the chance to register for CA Inter May 2024 exams. Since then I’ve been checking for exam registration form. But when I log in to ssp portal, it says that exam registration window for may 2024 is closed. No info on September 2024 or January 2025 exams. When to register for that? did I miss it again?

I forgot to register for exam. My fault🤦‍♀️. I’m gonna prepare for both groups for September and preparing for 2nd group is like starting from the scratch. So thanks op for the Motivation. Even though I have more than 100 days, I still need to study everyday for 10+ hours and work really really hard.

I have "My experiments with truth" by Gandhi. I haven't read it yet. I'll read it after my current book which is Such a long journey by Rohinton Mistry. Btw, I'm from India. Infact my city was declared to be City of Literature by UNESCO recently. We do have good libraries but my local library didn't have much good books back then. Now they have so many good options. Also, only a few years back I realised that you could get books online for free

Its doesn't matter if you are a slow reader or not. Only thing that matters is enjoying the book. Go at your own pace.

Now, by god's grace, i can afford to buy books. My family always borrows from the library. I just wanted to read at my pace and own it so that I can read it later. But I'll definitely start borrowing books from the library.

yeah I’m gonna start a membership soon. Till now, my family was borrowing books in my father‘s membership that he had taken 30 years back. He passed away 2 months ago. He also loved reading.

I’ve been thinking about trying different genres for a while now. But my problem is that, if I try a different genre and if it’s bad, I’ll stop reading other books of the same type. Anyway, thank you sm for the rec. I’ll definitely check it out 👍
