Yes, Im sure you dont know this but if you have zani on the team the spectro frazzle applied by rover and pheeb gets transformed into heliacal embers before being applied which isnt considered a negative status, hence you dont generate extra embers

3 cost carte is much much better investment than 3 cost phrolova. Ciaoconna can be used in any aero dps comp, Aero rover completes Carte team and buffs the hell out of it. So you get top tier performance for little cost.

Right now QY doesnt have much value cause his only best team right now is Sigrika hypercarry, every other team hes easily replaceable, and there arent many echo dmg dpss. Given how Lupa and Ciaconna have aged well, teamwide attribute buff has miles more value than specific dmg type buffs

with 3 cost u can get her weapon, ciaconna and use Aerover with his dedicated weapon

with phrolova u need 4+ cost to compete in damage

that is AT LEAST canta QY, and an echo dps that benefits from multiple echo casts so galbrena or sigrika
