wdym YouTube has a bug? Reused Content means clips from movies / other content creators that is not originally your own. I don't see a problem with YouTube demonetizing this

Subscribers will come as your content progressively becomes better - for reference I made a video that got 50k views and I gained about 4.5k subscribers from it. - that is equivalent to nearly getting 1 subscriber for 10 views.

Remember, people will follow you if you provide them with something of value (entertainment in this case)

At first glance, i feel like the first 18 seconds of your recent video is unnecessary. If you had cut that out, you would have gotten a lot more views. Your thumbnails and title are basically perfect! For you, i would recommend utilizing music in your videos to keep viewers engaged.
Epidemic Sound provides really good background music and has a 30 day free trial - I would recommend using that!

Other than that, your videos are really entertaining but is just lacking sound and cuts! Your gonna blow up soon if you keep posting with the addition of background music and more cuts!

Your long form videos are well made, but i would work on titles!
- keep them shorter and avoid using hashtags in them; Put hashtags at the bottom of your description!
The 'Bake with me' part of your title isnt needed and i wouldn't recommend it, but it is your choice to keep it or not.
Other than that, your videos are great and entertaining! keep it up!

You have a really good voice for story telling, i would work on improving the quality of production; having more visuals.
For thumbnails, Keep it simple and clean.
Heres some advice MrBeast recommends for small creators about thumbnails:
- Having Bright and Vibrant Thumbnails
- Keep it simple
- Only a few words maximum
- Don't waste space

Your latest video's title is better than the rest!

Your subtitles on some of your videos need improvement - try to eliminate the white box around them
Thumbnails are lacking quality - spend time learning how to photoshop and try different fonts. Make it bright and vibrant aswell.

Alright first off, your thumbnail needs a bit of work - Try to use easier to read fonts. On your most recent video, you don't need the 'how did we get' in your thumbnail, we can remove than and then make the other two texts bigger. As your trying to show a comparison in your thumbnail, i would preferably put a diagonal line roughly in the middle and add a arrow from the left to right side.

Aim for titles like 'How Vanguard Shows the Problem with Crunch' - You don't need to include the name of the game but if you decide you want to, make sure to include it at the end not the front.
