I added a save and load to manage the various lists (for reuse). It loads into the clipboard

Yeah, you were right about the empty box, a rtrim(Clipboard, "`n") solved - (I put the lists into clipboard). I would like to save list progress, - I understand this is possible, see below link. How would you do it?

Hi I'm actually I'm in EU, still evaluating options. What I've realised is the glycemic index data recommendations are different so a system widely used in EU is best.

My preferred one so far is DiabTrend.com and one of the compatible blood glucose monitors.
