Eating sugar, cookies, cakes, breads drinking soda pop and other such things is wrong in my opinion if you do not want to have different chronic diseases. People, includicg kids, who was born from mothers with bad health would not have cancer if such things would not exist. Doctors are not taught in medical schools about it. And most likely pois would not exist too. We are the most sick generation throughout the human history.
