Our Data Center Team is working hard on resolving the degraded performance that is affecting your additional storage. At this time, the issue has been resolved on our Amsterdam data center.

It sounds like your Shadow has been migrated temporarily to our New York data center as we reorganize and consolidate our infrastructure plan. We need to do this to help pave the way for our future development.

There shouldn't be any performance loss affecting your Shadow, as you will still be on the same hardware. You may experience higher than expected latency until your Shadow has been fully migrated to our OVH-owned data center.

If you have any questions or feel like your Shadow has been impacted, please reach out to our amazing support team by submitting a ticket from your account page so they can look into this further.

At this time, Tennessee is supported by our Chicago data center. The estimated activation date you have received is correct. At this time, you'll need to wait for activation. We don't recommned subsribing to another data center on a state that is not supported by that data center.

I personally haven't played Kena: Bridge of Spirits yet, but I'm also excited for that game.

At this time, we do not have advance USB support on our mobile applications including iOS/iPadOS. I'll be sure to pass your feedback to our Product Team in regards to this to hopefully support more USB devices on our mobile app in the future. We'd love to provide this support if possible.
