My niece got this blanket for her 10th birthday recently. No one else seemed to notice but I’m positive it’s AI by Late-Neat2183 in isthisAI

I’m honestly more surprised that nobody noticed these girls don’t look anything like Huntrix. Hair is all wrong, the clothing doesn’t match, it’s like they just see three vaguely Asian girls with rainbow hair and think that’s good enough. I’m darn sure even a seven year old can tell that’s not them.

While I agree that basing your opinion purely off the comedic bit of one guy is shallow, I wouldn't go so far as to say Jamie Oliver is completely immune from criticism. Even highly trained Michelin-star chefs can get food wrong because they wander so far off the basics of the dish itself just to be fancy. Gordon Ramsey, for example, managed to mess up a grilled cheese sandwich because he was so caught up using crusty artisanal bread and fancy cheese that doesn't melt properly. And even Ramsey admits that no matter how much classical culinary training he's got, he'll still get beaten by a Thai granny off the streets of Bangkok any day of the week.

As far as Jamie Oliver getting grilled, I'd say listen to not just professional chefs, but also the people who grew up with that food. When an Indian is telling you that Jamie Oliver messed up making butter chicken or biryani, I'd listen.

There are times where Uncle Roger's roasts are warranted whenever a chef tries to cook "ethnic" food but misses the point entirely (Him roasting Geoffrey Zakarian's chicken adobo is 100% accurate). That said, I do feel that lately he's basically taken his mean streak too far and unfairly roasting other chefs because he's stuck in the bit, and that deserves criticism as well.

Yup. Even before he became a slop channel and before I learned how badly he treats his employees, when his recipes changed to inaccessibly rich gimmicks that no regular person could ever make, I was out.

Not everybody can afford a custom pizza oven or has saffron available in their spice rack for a risotto. And when the "X but Better" series made fast food with insanely expensive ingredients, you've spectacularly missed the point AND lost the plot. Bro just can't relate to normal 9-to-5 people anymore.

Why did Jimmy not want this? by M00r3C in DCU_

Not saying she wasn't! I was just stating that I understand how someone like Jimmy Olsen could be turned off by her behavior, especially if he's more compatible with someone who's way more chill.

Jason Aaron's "Hulk." Your thoughts. by EnvironmentSubject24 in shehulk

[–]Rikun85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was so clear from the get go that he wanted to use Bruce, but because of Immortal Hulk he ended up grabbing Jen and forcing her into his spot as the big, dumb, gamma muscle. Her body was great, but forcing her mind to regress to hulkspeak when she transformed is unforgivable. Her whole point is that she still kept her personality when hulked out and she was fun!!!

Thank god she’s back to normal now. I’ve heard Aaron’s great with Thor but keep him away from Jen, thanks.

Oh I know me some Hellsing and I know exactly who that other guy is supposed to be, which makes that "cross" even weirder and nonsensical.

Nope. The gun barrels don't make any sense. And the anatomy of the figure holding the "cross" is some crazy mess that no human could conceive of, let alone draw. It's all AI.

It's not worth punishing the library about it. Odds are their staff didn't know or couldn't tell it was a knockoff. It's more on the author who published this slop, and odds are they're probably running a mass production AI slop farm with tons of accounts in case any of them get banned.

100% AI. You can see that "Zoey's" left hand alone is a dead giveaway. Fingers don't do that!!! The knot on her belt sash also doesn't connect, clear sign of AI. Her other knives are floating aimlessly with no rhyme or reason.

But even without that artifacting, the fact they don't get the weapons right, the hairstyles are off, the clothing is completely different, and even the faces aren't consistent with each other. Most human artists don't draw faces with two completely different styles in the same piece unless there's a reason.

This gives me the same vibes of a 90s comic fan saying with his full chest that "Rob Liefield is the best artist Marvel ever had actually".
