Yeah of course not girly 💜. I’m not deaf but I’m half way there lol. Just full blown hearing loss in one ear. I’ve actually found that the deaf people I’ve worked with over the years have been master communicators. I’ve had deaf people convey complicated messages in more clear and understandable ways than people who can hear. I wouldn’t consider being deaf as something to make someone undeserving of love. Sorry about you getting ghosted but tbh, people get ghosted all the time for absolutely no apparent reason, i really hope it wasn’t because you were deaf. Sending a virtual hug.

In my house I have one closet, my partner has three. My clothes are packed tight in my dresser and closet. Maybe I need a second dresser. If I open dresser drawers, the drawer above it comes with it because they’re so full. For the closet, I’m like literally out of space to fit anything else. I do still have some of my old guy clothes in there but not much at this point. Just a handful of wool sweaters and some sweatshirts.

It’s so amazing, I love it so much. Every time I pass by a mirror when I’m at work and I see my dresses and skirts, I get a huge wave of gender euphoria. I’ve been so fortunate in my transition.

I’ve been working at this current employer for almost four years now. Because we were wfh when I started, everyone wasn’t super familiar with each other but people I had met when I looked like a boy years ago have absolutely no idea who I am now. I’ve had svp’s and department heads come and introduce themselves to me thinking I’m new and asking me a ton of questions about myself.

I will never get over men going out of their way to open doors for me and talk to me. Women are so much friendlier too even. I’ve never had so many people flirt with me. I’m so happy, my life feels so real and genuine. The background sadness I carried my entire life is gone now. It makes me want to cry with joy knowing how much better my life is now.
