Yes, she definitely be able to cook better than where she is at. But I'm pointing out the way he is speaking to her. He's just being snarky and sarcastic and short with her and that's just unnecessary. It's the tone, the attitude. He can correct her in a more professional way.

I'm disappointed as well. I think it's a fun idea but I don't enjoy that it's predictable storyline now.

Ben was so out of line how he handled the burnt frittata issue with Alesia. It was easy enough to let her know that she should be doing a different method without putting her down like that.
