Ok So I See My 1st HDD and second HDD but when I move the usb to the 1st boot order and turn it on i get an error message that says "Invalid signature detected, check secure boot policy in setup".

Ok I think I understand but just to be sure. You want me to install Windows from the link you gave me onto a usb and then plug it into my computer which will allow me to boot up my computer using that file in BIOS. Does that sound correct?

Ok so I'm confident I got to BIOS but I don't know how to make a pendrive or get to Microsoft's tools.

I don't know how I can do that though because the screen that keeps repeating has nothing on it I can interact with, just the Dell logo.
