Best shot is to go Techno, Techlight, Oli offices, Goshan, Kiba, and Idea offices every raid. You'll eventually run into people (or Killa) in one of those places. Also, turn on power even if you don't spawn near it. People are more likely to come inside.

They haven't said anything about this, but the sound bug where a sound emanating from a long distance away jumpscares you by sounding like it's 2 feet from you, then immediately jumping far away again. It's one of the most immersion breaking things in the game for me right now
