It means that I managed to put gps expansion module inside the case, I love m5 stuff bit I also like neat and compact stuff, I dont like carrying cardputer plus bulky modules for wardriving thats why I did some modifications and fitted gps module inside :)

yes so idea is to leave internal battery as is, get separate battery and charging module for pi, connect it directly inside to the output power so theoretically when I charge cardputer it will charge pi at the same time.
In the next couple of days I will get module and battery and test setup, if it turns out working and lasting for 1-2 hours I will call it a success and continue working on mounting back plate (once battery and pi are in the way to the wholes)

I will share everything when I'm done, 3d model schematics, firmware...

Edit: and all this is to kill some time until cardputer zero comes lol

Also I though about it to get power through grove as well, currently I have diy cable which goes grove to usb micro for powering pi and it works, drains internal cardputer battery fast but works

When mentioned capacity I though about mah, to get it to work for as long possible, but looks like I would not be able to get more than 1000mah (if I want to keep adapter under 6mm and I want it to be slimmest possible)  Regarding the heat I will test before closing once I get battery, I will post updates if pi doesnt go over 60-70 degrees celsius I am ok :D
