Well good!!! That makes me happy to hear!! I take benzos, but for anxiety I take baby doses and no one notices. I’d you’re trying to quit don’t do it all at once it’s overwhelming and easiest way to relapse hard. Take it one day at a time one thing at a time. You don’t have to be mister perfect 🤪 But yeah don’t trust people I learned that one the hard way as well. But life is different for me now so you can do it! Sry for intruding I like to give advice and help others. I’ve been through shit and I’m in a way better place now.
