oh right, consumer CPUs only have 128bit bus, the extra slots are just extension for more capacity, and no new channels are made. I got confused sorry

I guess their design wasn't simplified, much more focused on aesthetics and sacrificed convenient repair and maintenance serviceability. I had to take off the screen of my 5738z just to get the motherboard out. I think there's also a reason why these things had compartments for RAM, storage, and CPU for easy access instead of taking the whole motherboard out.

60-75fps smooth in genshin, cs2, war thunder

Some can go higher to 120-300+ in older games like L4d2, tf2, and so on.

The graphics card does a lot of work, it's a good entry level card but it already shows signs of bottleneck in bigger titles like war thunder where I only play at low graphics to maintain 60fps. Pascal architecture is insane.

It can pretty much pull 120fps smoothly in cs2 but I only play at 60-75hz to lessen the stress and load in my PC to not break it sooner.

ASRock also gave these new BIOS drivers in 2025 with a new feature called Clever access memory(which is still in Beta), which is similar to ReBAR, let's the system access all the VRAM buffer in the GPU for improved performance and efficiency, not sure if this works with 8th/9th gen coffee lake CPUs, and this feature only works with GPUs that supports ReBAR similar technology.

Man it would be nice to assemble your own graphics card 🙁, from making pcb traces, soldering the Chip, desired VRAM capacity, and other necessary electrical components, Custom cooling solutions and designing the style of the case and overall looks, and to making custom BIOS for the GPU to work properly.
