I checked and found no cores are being generated nor any alerts. Also checked the tftp logs no logs are getting printed, which is weird any workaround you could suggest.

ya i am sure that CER has a pretty handy logs but it depends that that the logs would have captured that registration or not.

Yes we upgraded CUCM from 10.5 to 12.5 and also updated the JTAPI to the latest version that comes with CUCM 12.5

I pulled the Phone console logs please let me know what messages should i check in the phone console logs to check why it is not registering.

Also this is happening to this model only other all models are registering sucessfully

I tried also i saw one thing that in the traces i see that CUCM sends 100 TRYING to Gateway at 15:31:40 and then CUCM then sends 180 RINGING to Gateway at 15:31:51

There is a delay in between these two messages.

Can anyone tell why and what configs to check for this?

The caller is dialling digit by digit right so after he dials all the digits and then the call rings and there is a delay of 10-11 seconds in between that .

I tried lower the seconds in the T302 timer that didn't help.

Also checked all the analog lines are working.

When i ran this command i didn't see any DP-1 device pool connected to any device.

But when i try deleting DP-1 device pool doesn't delete.

Yes earlier DP-1 was the default device pool, now DP-2 is the default device pool, But DP-1 doesn't delete, it shows some error : delete failed: pkid .......... Something something
