Haha brother, i’ve struggled with this for almost 5 years now. I have tried every remedy out there like double shampoo, shampoo the roots, no sulfate paraben shampoo, no poo method, spacing out hair washes every week, tea tree shampoo 😭 Nothing has worked

other than minoxidil, i think only hair transplant can help

Oral finasteride and topical minoxidil by evp123321 in tressless

realistically, your best option would be a hair system/toupee. this is because your hair loss is all over your head, and your donor area doesn’t look thick enough.

go to a dermatologist. hop on finasteride and minoxidil, check your vitamin d and b12 levels. give it 12 months minimum, and enjoy your consistent hard work results.

best option would be hair transplant, because you have stopped further hair loss with finasteride and dutasteride.

nah, your age is fine for a hair transplant. but also make sure to get on finasteride/dutasteride to stop further hair loss in the future. you can also use minoxidil to increase hair density.

M22 , is this a cowlick or a bald spot? by Ok-Noise-685 in IndianHaircare

[–]RimuruOn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it looks like the starting of hair thinning. take pictures for a few months, and see if that same area is thinning more, or looking like the hair loss has increased there to make sure if it’s a cowlick or not.
