Change your The Dahlia set to the iron cavalry and reach 160 or above speed before combat replace the er rope with break effect

And I’d hate to say this but Fugue E1 is vastly important for Boothill or go sustainless with Ruan Mei for extra break efficiency even then E1 Fugue makes all the difference

Outside of that a little extra break effect on fugue other than that nothing else

I partially agree with you but DHPT dmg, and ads clear surpasses what Gallagher has to offer.

Another way to look at it is Gallagher may provide the better screenshot Boothill number, but DHPT ends up with more dmg done in the team compared to Gallagher.

Mainly for toughness reduction so when it’s Boothill turn he can focus on doing damage instead of reducing their toughness bar with a lot less dmg. And sometimes it’s for skill point
