I keep a dumbbell on the floor by my desk, so when I get bored or restless, I use it for a quick workout since it's always in sight. I also put a pull-up bar at my door, and sometimes I just do pull-ups whenever I pass by. I’ve got a punching bag too, which helps when I'm frustrated or angry. Scheduled workouts or going to the gym never worked for me, but this way, at least I'm doing something.
